MORE than just 'You Should' ...

Are you still experiencing the "revolving door of post-treatment", still lot's of "what to do next" but no real answers for lasting relief and a sustainable return to optimal physical and mental health? Just more time, more of being on HOLD without ultimately reversing recurring side-effects anxiety, depression and dis-ease.

Is Self-Care and Well-being the new luxury experience? With everything that is happening with mind and body these days, self-care isn't an option. It's a necessity. How we love each other and love ourselves not only impacts resilience, but depression, anxiety, sleep issues in avoiding dis-ease progression. This is why now more important than ever it is to make well-being your priority.

What's keeping you from serving yourself and or your loved ones? I get it you may not be feeling like you are ready to do something for yourself, you don't know me, you are too busy with work, you have to do things first, so you are waiting until treatment ends to feel like you are finally ready to discuss or deal with feelings? It's OK you are allowed to be unsure, you are facing a whole range of emotions from fear, from relief, and from confusion. Truth is, I may not be facing the same challenges that you are and you may have needs I have not thought of.

I may or may not be the expert you need but what does YOUR truth in personalized care look like? Some patients/clients may prefer a calming, reassuring, nurturing type of approach while other's may require a more clinical, researched and hard probing questions medical approach. Acknowledging that you need a unique, personable approach that connects to your humanity doesn't make you wrong or doesn't make your medical professional team inadequate.

What has your experience of a cancer diagnosis been like? Can I promise life after a cancer diagnosis will be easier or better? No one can make this promise, but you deserve to be heard in wanting to know how to truly optimize and feel good about taking care of yourself again in avoiding the unexpected.

Will my learning and interconnectedness to cancer, mental illness and functional medicine ever get to a point of where I am "finished"? The truth is, I will never be "done". With having over 2,500 + hours in applied studies related to Functional Medicine, Coaching, Health and Wellness Sciences.  My personal clients have a mutual understanding in knowing that I am mult-passionate and my one-on-one virtual practice is mostly by way of referral. They already know and feel that I "love" them and will fight for their mental and cancer related struggles, that this is MORE than just "You Should"... This is a partnership and I have an overwhelming "deep connection" with something that has followed me throughout my entire life.

I have been blessed and mentored in the importance of rigor and how it relates to all that I do in order to build and sustain trust. To NOT only build rigor in physical health but to sustain GRACE and HOPE in the spiritual body. The love and "deep connection" to what I do and I'm all in just to do this type of one on one work with them. Largely because I'm investing not just my head, but I'm investing my heart and soul into each individual. Yes, despite the emotional, mental and physical tole that this would have on most, I am in so much gratitude and joy everyday for the God willing courage, strength and resilience that I arise with each and every day to do this sort of work with the people that I do.

It truly does 'take a village' to build hope in remission and I myself am only one. But I would do this work for just one person. So only a limited 20 spots are available each year because every individual is unique, the complexity of such an illness and my life's commitment to wellness, functional medicine and to my practice. But I want to remind you that...

"I'm never too busy to listen to what you are going through."

Does it all feel like too much?

It's OK I do not need you to be any particular kind of way. No matter what phase or complicated name for the diagnosis you are facing day to day, week to week, month to month, I will still be here. I see you exactly as you are and I am standing with you in this moment and every moment. It's OK to embrace what isn't right with your emotional, physical and mental health, simply fill in the information below or even just send me a text or email in which you can find at the bottom of the page. It's OK you have to start somewhere. I am so grateful for you and look forward to connecting more. So, if all of those words don’t feel easy to believe right now, that’s still OK. But by getting to know me and having the real conversation about your cancer, mental health journey, you are now putting in motion and actively creating a healthy balanced environment for yourself to avoid the unexpected. You've already been through something so incredibly difficult. Seriously, what would it look like to talk to someone who deeply sees you?

Question, did you know talking about how you're feeling about feeling better is an important first step in healing and recovery?

So do you really need someone on your team that can help create lasting health for people pre, post-chemo treatment move beyond diagnosis and prognosis to re-discover the life they have lived and now going to be living in recovery?
